This Policy Statement describes how we collect information and use it at The Pen Shop.

Member Profile Information: Registration requires that you have a valid email address before you can become a member, but you may optionally enter other information into your user profile. This information can be viewed only by other registered members. Certain categories of the forum are for private groups only. In order to have access to that forum you must become not only a member of The Pen Shop, you must also become a member of that category. Each category will have its own set of requirements for membership. The Pen Shop reserves the right to refuse membership to anyone without reason

Membership:  Membership to The pen Shop is open for anyone providing the required information on the registration form. Certain categories of the forum are for private groups only. Mailing Addresses: We might ask for your postal mailing address so that we can send you a contest prize, a donation premium, or a thank-you gift for writing an article, etc. The address you supply is used only for the purpose of delivering items to you via the US Postal Service.

Relationships between Members: The Pen Shop provides a forum for members to exchange ideas and products among each other. The Pen Shop is not responsible for these relationships nor is it liable for these relationships regarding failed business transactions.
